India Post brought out Bulletin No.1 of INDIPEX 2011 - World Philatelic Exhibition. The said exhibition is scheduled to be held from 12th - 18th Feb. 2011 at New Delhi. The 47 page bulletin is bilingual in English-Hindi. It has messages from the Secretary, Dept of Posts, FIP Consultant and President PCI.
