Thr are 626 districts in 28 Indian states. FIP will form 1 stamp society in each district except Mumbai, Delhi and such populated districts.

Each District society will nominate 1 member for the State committee then each State committee will nominate 1 member for National Body.

Each body will remain only for 2-3 years. After each duration the new team will come in power. No elections will be held. Whats your idea ?
